Italy is a marvelous country.
Beautiful mountains, wonderful seaside, tasty food, good wine, and crazy shopping, all these are Itay’s well-known characteristics already for a long time.
Furthermore, actually, there’s one more remarkable scene of Italy, the Italian people.
Those who, with their hands, heart and soul, carry on a thousand-years-culture.
Food, wine, art, architecture, opera, movie, fashion, design, craftsmanship…
“…”, means not only these numerous culture items, but means also all those 101 nights stories which can be narrated through every single category above mentioned.
It might sound unreachable, but in fact it is not supposed to be so “far away” or forcedly arty-farty. All these elements in Italy are lived in an absolutely natural way in everybody’s daily life, freely, carefreely, with certain historical insistence and persistence passthrough generation.
The insistence and persistence about beauty and high quality, which leads to and into an unique life style.
I am Camilla, Italian and Taiwanese bilingual, born and raised in Italy.
I am currently based at Verona and meanwhile always gazing at the world.
I grow up listening to the opera, always deeply love good foods and wines.
I’ve started to work as Chinese and English interpreter 10yrs ago, but my true passion always been food and wine, so… after years of continuous travel in various wineries, unstoppable research of restaurants for a special bucket list, and numerous and uncountable courses and events, I decided to transfer all these into my carrier and becoming also a tour planner and travel expert.
And then there is my partner, M.J.H.C.,
pure-blooded Taiwanese, 100% Italian soul. She lives in Italy by years, madly fell in love with all that what about Italy. A little bit obsessive, very persistent. She is devoted in carrying out personally this Italian-beauty-life-style in real and everyday life.
Italian beauty, is not only visual, but also sensorial. It is not only a paper-talking, but more it’s every single detail and action in the daily life. It is an omnipresent philosophy of life.
Therefore, we would like to create a small space here, to tell stories.
Periodical stories without noun big speeches, noun empty-talking about superficial sightseeing, noun complex technical terms, noun stacking gorgeous words: we don’t want to talk only about a splendor but unreachable stage of somebody else.
We want to open a window here, slowly share you the Italian life culture, which might seem so far away, so untouchable, but in fact so handy and easily approachable.
We will talk about historical Italy, but also the current Italy.
We will talk about art, but also the beauty that you can find easily in everyday life.
We will talk about wine, but also the daily wine culture.
We will talk about Michelin restaurants, but also those grandma’s warn and familiar tastes handed by generation.
We will talk about luxury industries, but also centennial handcrafts.
Periodical stories, with which we want to share with you, our deeply-loved-beautiful-Italy.
